Evolve Estates signs duo of tenants to The Grosvenor Centre, Northampton
Evolve Estates, part of commercial property and investment collective M Core, has announced the arrival of two new tenants at Northampton’s The Grosvenor Centre.
Fashion retailer H&M has exchanged on a 29,160 sq ft unit on The Parade, whilst new coffee shop Bewiched is now open in a 4,359 sq ft unit on Newland Walk.
Founded in 2009, Evolve Estates has looked to be a leader in the UK’s mixed-use property market, driving growth through strategic acquisitions and asset management.
Philip M Murphy, head of property and transactions at Evolve Estates, said: “We are thrilled to welcome H&M and Bewiched to The Grosvenor Centre, further diversifying the existing tenant mix and solidifying the centre’s position as a leading shopping destination in the region.
“The addition of H&M, a globally recognised brand, further strengthens the centre’s appeal to a wide range of shoppers, whilst Bewiched complements our existing food and beverage offering, creating a well-rounded experience for visitors.”
The two-storey, 319,048 sq ft shopping centre was refurbished in 2015 and is anchored by Primark, Boots, and Next.
