Evolve Estates strengthens Halifax scheme with new signing and renewals
Evolve Estates, part of M Core, has completed two lease renewals and a new lease agreement at Woolshops Shopping Centre in Halifax.
Phone retailer Cell Buddy is set to join the scheme, signing a five-year lease for a 925 sq ft space within the shopping centre.
Meanwhile, independent café Gardiners has recommitted to the scheme, extending the lease for its 1,793 sq ft unit by an additional seven years.
Bank of Scotland has also renewed at Woolshops, extending by five years on the lease for its 5,077 sq ft branch on Market Street.
