EYCO picks London for first office outside of Scotland
Retail and business agency EYCO is set to launch its first office outside of Scotland in London.
The firm – which currently has offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow – will be opening a new space at Mappin House, 4 Winsley Street in London’s West End.
Patrick Over, partner at EYCO, will be heading up the firm’s operations in the capital.
Ian Whelan, managing partner at EYCO, said: “Our new London base will enhance our ability to provide clients with best-in-class advice and supplement our offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow. We understand the importance of being accessible to our clients and wider network and this move will help us to develop both existing and new relationships.
“Patrick Over will be leading the London team having spent over a decade forging relationships in London and developing expertise in the UK commercial property investment sector with a particular focus on retail. All our team members are likely to be spending a lot more time in London and with a lot more ease as a result of our expansion.

Founded in 1983 as Eric Young & Co, EYCO is currently active on 23 shopping centres and retail parks. The firm also operates a business space team which provides bespoke advice on office property throughout Scotland.
