A former senior director at McMullen Real Estate has launched Green Lane Real Estate, a specialist out-of-town retail property advisor.

Founded by Dinesh Pari – who worked at McMullen for over 10 years – Green Lane Real Estate offers services including retail park asset management, occupier acquisitions and disposals, and investment purchase due diligence.

The firm is already retained on over 20 retail assets, including: The Fort, Birmingham; Cardiff North Retail Park; Colindale Retail Park, London; Crown Point Manchester; Colton Retail Park, Leeds; Spring Ram Retail Park, Leeds; Nugent Shopping Park, Orpington; and West Thurrock Retail Park.

Green Lane is retained by clients including the likes of Abrdn, Aviva Investors, British Land, Canada Life Asset Management, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, DTZ Investors, GCAP, LGIM (Legal & General), Redevco, Royal London Asset Management, and Savills Asset Management.

Prior to his time at McMullen Real Estate held positions including associate director at Colliers from July 2003 to July 2012, before moving to DTZ as a director until September 2014.

Speaking on LinkedIn, Pari said: “After two decades in the industry, I’ve finally taken the leap and launched my own retail agency: Green Lane Real Estate.

“For years, I had plenty of reasons why I couldn’t do it—family, mortgage, time, risk. But when I took a closer look, I realised these were just mental barriers I had built to shield myself from uncertainty.

“By working through each one, I gained the clarity and confidence to move forward, and with that, Green Lane Real Estate became a reality.

“New beginnings are never easy, but they’re always worth it.”
