Former Shaftesbury Capital director joins P-Three

Julia Wilkinson
Leasing agency P-Three has appointed former Shaftesbury Capital restaurant director Julia Wilkinson as a restaurant and placemaking consultant.
In her new position, Wilkinson will lead a consultancy service line, creating leasing strategies for London estates, mixed-use assets, and prime locations.
During her 28 year tenure at Shaftesbury and Shaftesbury Capital, Wilkinson oversaw the curation of areas including Carnaby, Covent Garden, Chinatown, and Soho. She also played a key role in transforming areas such as Kingly Court, Chinatown, Seven Dials, and Fitzrovia into culinary hubs.
Wilkinson’s experience in leasing, urban regeneration, commercial strategy, and stakeholder engagement has earned her an established reputation within the property industry. In 2024, she was recognised in Restaurant Magazine‘s Property and Investment Power List, the sole woman to be included in this category.
Thomas Rose, co-founder of P-Three, said: “Julia is quite simply the most well-respected individual in the London restaurant market and we are incredibly excited she has chosen to join the team at P-Three. Her deep knowledge of restaurant placemaking and unrivalled track record in creating thriving urban F&B and hospitality environments aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver commercially intelligent and creatively- led leasing strategies and implementation for our clients. This role shows P-Three remains at the very forefront of the London restaurant and leisure market, helping create the next places-to-be”
Julia Wilkinson added: “I’ve long admired P-Three’s innovative approach to placemaking and their ability to bring together commercial acumen and cultural relevance. I’m excited to join the team in this unique consultancy role and to help shape projects that truly make a difference to the way people experience places.”
