Four & Co expands London presence with Evans Pearson acquisition
Retail property specialist Four & Co has expanded its presence in the capital after acquiring the agency business of South West London-based firm Evan Pearson.
The acquisition took effect at the beginning of September, and saw Four & Co’s frontline team expand to seven members.
As part of the acquisition, James Dyson joins Four & Co as a retail agent, bringing extensive experience and his client base to the firm and expanding its range of services. Rod Pearson and Chris Evans, Evans Pearson principals, will become consultants and provide advisory support to Four & Co.
