GCW makes trio of promotions in Owner team
GCW has made three promotions within its Owner team, which advises property owners and stakeholders on retail assets within town centres and shopping schemes.
The property consultancy has appointed Archie Morriss as director, Callum Stephenson as associate director, and George Cook as senior surveyor.
Morriss joined the firm in 2017 as a graduate surveyor, working his way rapidly up the company and now provides advice for leasing and asset management. He has worked with a number of high profile clients such as CBRE IM and Aviva and has provided advice on high street instructions across the country.
Stephenson joined GCW as a graduate surveyor in 2019, while Cook was recruited to the consultancy last year.
