GCW strengthens occupier advisory team and makes associate director promotion
GCW has strengthened its occupier advisory division with the appointment of Bobby Share as a surveyor, and has promoted Chris Kenealy to the role of associate director within its owner team.
Share will work with GCW’s managing partner Simon Morris on the firm’s portfolio of occupier clients. He joins from Safestore, where he handled property acquisitions and development. He has also previously worked in Morrisons’ property team.
Meanwhile Chris Kenealy – who joined GCW in 2022 – will continue to provide leasing advice on numerous shopping centres and high street assets for key clients including CBRE Investment Management and NewRiver.
