Godwin recruits commercial development director

Godwin Developments has announced the appointment of Simon Handslip as a director of commercial development.

A Royal Agricultural University graduate, Handslip has over 20 years of experience in the UK property sector, having previously worked as a surveyor at King Sturge, LSH, and Hawkstone Properties, where he worked for 16 years.

He has worked in various different sectors of the property market, including retail, leisure, residential, office, trade, and mixed-use.

Handslip will be responsible for delivering a number of projects across the country, from site identification to practical completion, and will be taking charge of some existing schemes while also taking on site opportunities of his own.
