Grosvenor has appointed Jamie Whitty-Lewis as CEO of its UK property business, effective from December.

He will succeed James Raynor, who took up the role of CEO of Grosvenor’s international property business in September.

Whitty-Lewis is currently Grosvenor Property UK’s executive director of finance and was due to become the business’s CFO from April 2026. As a result of his promotion to CEO, the latter role will now continue to be held by Debbie Lee. She will remain in this position until a new CFO is selected, before succeeding Rob Davis, Grosvenor’s retiring CFO, in Summer 2026.

Whitty-Lewis has held a number of roles at Grosvenor, including as group reporting director, where his responsibilities included strategic planning for Grosvenor Property. Prior to this, he was strategy director and head of finance for the group’s London estate.

Before joining Grosvenor, he worked in PepsiCo’s European HQ following three years in BDO’s external audit practice.

James Raynor, CEO of Grosvenor Property, said: “I am delighted to have Jamie succeed me in the role of CEO of our UK property business. He has a deep understanding of our London Estate, having been responsible for its financial management; wide-ranging experience and expertise built in a variety of roles, including as Grosvenor reporting director, and a natural leadership style that I am confident will guide the business through its continued growth trajectory, supported by an exceptionally strong executive team.”

Jamie Whitty-Lewis added: “I am honoured to take up the role of CEO of Grosvenor Property UK and to be given the opportunity to build on the commercial success we have achieved in recent years, the environmental leadership we have demonstrated and the strength of the partnerships we have forged.

“We have some outstanding projects to deliver, including the creation of South Molton, London’s West End’s largest mixed-use development and the transformation of Grosvenor Square. Through a significant voluntary contribution, this will create a biodiverse urban garden while providing wide-ranging benefit to the West End. I am also excited about the further growth of our private credit business, funding projects that boost housing supply and help decarbonise the built environment. It is a great privilege to lead such a talented team, and I am excited for everything that we can achieve together.”
