Gymfinity Kids seeking new locations

Founded by the team who started PureGym, Gymfinity Kids offers weekly gymnastics and Ninja classes for children – and is now looking for new locations.
The kids’ activity club also offers holiday camps, birthday parties, and classes for children of pre-school ages.
Gymfinity Kids already trades from eight units with one under development in Walton-on-Thames.
The group is looking for immediate and pipeline timing and will pay 10% of the first year’s rent upon completion.
Requirements
The ideal site will need to have:
- Ground and first floors assuming good access and natural light
- A size of ideally 12k-14k sq ft on one level OR 9k-10k sq ft with the ability to install a circa 3k sq ft mezzanine floor
- 3.5m+ eaves height OR 7m height to fit in the mezzanine floor
- Good condition with a sound shell and core – Gymfinity Kids will fit out the unit
- Tenure – a 15 year lease with a tenant only break at year 10
- Good visibility & signage with good access
- Class E planning permission
- 2 hours free parking if standalone with 60+ spaces
Locations:
- The group is looking for sites all across the UK but is primarily focused on London and the south of England, ideally in affluent commuter towns with a population of 100k people in a 20 minute drive time
- The ideal location will have regular footfall throughout the day
