House of Tweed seeking 20 new sites

House of Tweed has released its latest property requirements as it looks to open 20 new sites.

The retailer is seeking Class E units ranging between 500 sq ft and 4,000 sq ft in size, with fitted units preferred.

House of Tweed specialises in products such as socks, knitwear, scarves, hats, gloves, bags, and accessories.

The retailer said that all major UK towns and cities will be considered, with priority locations including:

  • Birmingham – New Street/Bullring/Grand Central/Fort
  • Bluewater
  • Brent Cross Shopping Centre
  • Brighton – Churchill Square
  • Bristol – The Mall/Cabot Circus
  • Cannock Outlet – McArthur Glen
  • Canterbury
  • Cardiff – St David’s/Queen Street
  • Cheltenham
  • Cheshire Oaks – McArthur Glen
  • Derby – Derbion
  • Epsom
  • Guildford
  • Hereford
  • Kingston
  • Lakeside Shopping Centre
  • Manchester – Trafford Centre
  • Merry Hill
  • Newcastle – Metrocentre/Eldon Square
  • Oxford
  • Portsmouth – Gunwharf Quays
  • Reading
  • Richmond
  • Sheffield – Meadowhall
  • Southampton
  • Swindon – McArthur Glen
  • Watford
