Independent fashion retailer Lucy & Yak seeks new sites
Independent fashion retailer Lucy & Yak has released its latest requirements list as it looks to expand across the UK and Ireland.
The retailer is aiming to open between two and three new locations in 2026, with a focus on high-footfall areas with independent neighbours.
Lucy & Yak is also seeking two additional units for its new ‘L&Y’ store concept, which features a more muted colour palette and refined aesthetic.
Ideal units will have a footprint of between 700 sq ft and 2,000 sq ft, located in primary or good secondary pitches.
By the end of 2025, the retailer will operate 15 stores across the UK, located in Brighton (two stores), Bristol, Cambridge, Canterbury, Cardiff, Castleford, Chester, Edinburgh, Exeter, London Spitalfields, Manchester, Norwich, Nottingham, and Sheffield.
Priority locations include:
- Belfast
- Bristol (L&Y)
- Dublin
- Glasgow
- Guildford (L&Y)
- Leeds
- Liverpool
- London and M25
- Manchester (relocation)
- Oxford
- York
