Four independent food and beverage operators have signed for a total of 13,600 sq ft of space at Liverpool ONE.

These include a trio of brands new to Liverpool, as well as one local operator which will be opening its second location in the city.

Making its city debut in November is Brewski, which will open a 4,700 sq ft restaurant alongside Wagamama and Smoke & Dough on Liverpool ONE’s Leisure Terrace. Specialising in North American comfort food, the restaurant will provide over 200 covers, including 78 outside.

Also joining Liverpool ONE is Jerk Junction, which will take a 4,100 sq ft unit on Paradise Street. Adding to the scheme’s range of international options, the restaurant will serve a menu of authentic Caribbean street food, such as curried goat and jerk loaded fries, for up to 50 covers.

Iced has chosen the Leisure Terrace at Liverpool ONE for its latest opening. Created by the team behind Bean Coffee, a long-term tenant at the destination, the new store is now open, serving iced matcha lattes, coolers, lemonades, and smoothies.

Finally, Madre is bringing its Mexican cuisine to Hanover Street as the operator prepares to open a 4,400 sq ft sister site this winter, joining its existing location at the Royal Albert Dock. The venue will host a tequila-led pool hall, taqueria and bar, three pool tables, three dart boards, and several private party spaces.

Rob Deacon, director of asset management at Liverpool ONE – Landsec, said: “A strong dining offer is fundamental to any successful mixed-use destination, and we are delivering a unique line-up that both responds to demand and keeps guests returning time and time again. Liverpool ONE has experienced an 8.5% increase in year-to-date F&B sales, and with four more independent brands set to make their mark, that growth is set to continue.”
