JLL capital markets boss appointed as UK chair
JLL has appointed its head of UK capital markets Andrew Frost as chair of its UK business, effective from 31st March.
Frost joined JLL in 2011 as part of the King Sturge acquisition and has spent the last six years leading UK capital markets. In his role as chair, he will look to focus on partnering with clients to build solutions that bring the JLL’s UK capabilities to their businesses.

He is succeeded by the incumbent head of central London markets at JLL, Julian Sandbach, who will continue to service investment clients in London while also leading the UK capital markets business. Sandbach has been with JLL for 18 years and has advised on many of London’s high profile and complex transactions over a three-decade career working in capital markets.

John Woodger takes over leadership of the central London capital markets business, alongside his role as head of city capital markets which he has held since 2022, having joined JLL as a graduate in 2010.
