Joules to make Scottish outlet debut at Caledonia Park as Belstaff opens

Joules is set to open its first store within a Scottish outlet centre at Railpen’s Caledonia Park in Gretna, as the scheme welcomes the arrival of Belstaff.

Joules will open a 1,745 sq ft store at Caledonia Park, bringing its range of British fashion to the premium outlet destination. The store will offer clothing for men, women, and children.

The signing comes as British heritage fashion retailer Belstaff opens at Caleodnia Park. The retailer has launched a 2,500 sq ft unit, adjacent to Crew Clothing and Moss, which offers its signature outerwear, ready-to-wear and accessories.

This leasing momentum is matched by strong performance at Caledonia Park, with year-on-year sales up by 3.8% in August. Recent openings at the scheme have included Superdry & Co’s first outlet and Crocs, which have helped drive a particularly strong period for fashion and accessories, with category sales up 11.7% year-on-year in August.

Belstaff and Joules join a lineup of brands at Caledonia Park that includes Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Kate Spade New York.
