Law firm makes real estate appointment
DMH Stallard has acquired the services of Graham Halsall, who joins the law firm’s real estate team as a partner.
Arriving from Spector Constant & Williams, Halsall will join DMH Stallard’s Gatwick office.
The firm describe Halsall as an expert in real estate dispute resolution with a wealth of experience in contentious property issues.
DMH Stallard’s real estate lawyers work with a number of commercial tenants, and says it has worked with a major retailer in respect of leases of their UK stores. Its property asset management team acted for the freeholder of a mixed-use business park, advising on site development and leasehold disposals.
Emily Wood, Head of Real Estate Dispute Resolution at DMH Stallard, said: “The combination of Graham’s excellent reputation in the market, network of contacts and undoubted knowledge and expertise, make this a very exciting appointment for us.
“Our practice is now amongst the most highly regarded in the UK and that’s reflected in our ability to attract new partners of Graham’s calibre.”
