Levy Real Estate appointments head of newly-launched business rates team

Commercial property consultancy Levy Real Estate has appointed Alex Izett as head of its newly-launched business rates team.

He joins as a partner after 13 years at Daniel Watney and will be joined by his former colleagues Amy Wadsworth and Gemma Patterson, who take on the positions of associate and senior surveyor, respectively.

This marks Levy Real Estate’s first foray into the business rates sector, with the group saying the launch underlines its strategy of targeted growth and commitment to providing best in class service across different sectors.
