LM promotes head of agency
Independent retail and leisure advisor LM (formerly Lunson Mitchenall) has promoted Nick Hartwell to head of agency.
Hartwell has previously played a role in leasing major UK retail destinations, including Lakeside in Essex, Gateshead’s Metrocentre, and Westquay Southampton.
LM said the promotion strengthens its market-leading team, which over the past 18 months has welcomed eight new recruits.
Nick Hartwell said: “It’s an incredibly exciting time for both LM and the retail and leisure property sector. The market’s evolving fast, and I’m proud to be part of a business that truly values agility, collaboration, and forward-thinking strategy to create opportunities for our clients.
“Our focus is on introducing new and international brands to destinations across the UK, while helping landlords bring retail and leisure together with other community uses – from health and wellness to workspace. I’m looking forward to building on our strong relationships, driving innovation, and working with clients who share our ambition to shape what comes next.”
In the last 12 months, LM has completed over 700 leasing transactions and advised on investments exceeding £100m. The team works with brands such as Garmin and Lucy & Yak, and advises landlords including Pradera Lateral, AEG, Hammerson, Aberdeen Investments, Redical, Estama, NewRiver, Arora Capital, and Sovereign Centros.
