Market Place Bolton appoints new general manager
Market Place in Bolton has appointed Dave Pearman as general manager, bringing over 25 years of property management experience to the mixed-use destination.
Pearman has previously held senior roles at Manchester Corn Exchange and Runcorn Shopping Centre, and has significant experience with mixed leisure, office, residential and standalone retail developments. His career began with the Sainsbury’s Argos group, where he managed various high-profile projects, building relationships with agents through refurbishments and refits that eventually led him into shopping centre management.
Spanning over 380,000 sq ft, Market Place is home to retail brands such as Primark, H&M, Next, and River Island, with leisure attractions including The Light cinema, Amazonia adventure park, and The Vaults social dining destination.
Market Place said the appointment signals its commitment to innovative property management and community-focused development, as the destination looks to meet the needs of Bolton’s residents and visitors.
