Merry Hill completes nearly half a million sq ft of deals in 2024
Merry Hill in Dudley is celebrating a landmark year after 49 brands signed, opened, or reinvested in the scheme in 2024, amounting to a total area of almost half a million square feet.
Of the 49 deals, 26 were new entrants, which took a combined space of 295,500 sq ft. This included flagship openings from brands such as fitness operator XF Gym and Harvey Norman.
The signings represent a record £30m of new investment into Merry Hill this year, and follow a major repositioning of the destination to incorporate new uses.
The scheme also welcomed reinvestment from 23 existing tenants, covering 185,300 sq ft, including significant refurbishments from brands such as Footasylum, Waterstones, Pandora, and Boots.
