Moss goes up a size at Touchwood Solihull

5th March 2026 | Jack Oliver

Moss is set to relocate its Solihull store, taking on a larger unit at the Touchwood shopping centre.

The menswear retailer has taken a 3,171 sq ft unit at the scheme, fronting onto Solihull High Street, on a new 15-year lease.

Moss will join a number of major brands at Touchwood Solihull, including Apple – which tripled its presence at the scheme last year – as well as John Lewis, Zara, Mango, Rituals, Miele, Oliver Bonas, Space NK, and the recently-opened Sweaty Betty.

Following its acquisition of Touchwood in 2021, owner The Ardent Companies and asset manager Sovereign Centros from CBRE have looked to implement a strategy that focuses on diversifying and expanding the destination’s tenant mix and offer, bringing in new retail brands, dining options, and leisure operators to grow the visitor base.

Joe Swindells, asset management and development director for The Ardent Companies, said: “Moss’ decision to relocate to the scheme from its existing Solihull store underlines the strength of trading at the destination. This new opening will give visitors to Touchwood even greater choice, and we look forward to more arrivals in the near future.”

Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank are the retained leasing agents at Touchwood Solihull.
