M&S leads over 110,000 sq ft of new lettings at Wembley Park
Quintain has announced that it has completed 110,000 sq ft of new retail and leisure lettings at London’s Wembley Park, headlined by M&S which will open a new 14,300 sq ft food store.
The signing follows direct feedback from the estate’s Quintain Living Build to Rent residents, which identified the brand as a highly desired addition to the neighbourhood. The food store will join the M&S clothing store which has traded at London Designer Outlet in Wembley Park for almost 13 years.
Meanwhile, Lidl has renewed at its 11,048 sq ft store within the estate, while Health First Pharmacy has secured a new 1,389 sq ft unit and is relocating from nearby to better serve the neighbourhood.
In addition, momentum across the fitness, recreation, and leisure categories is also accelerating at Wembley Park. Buzz Gym is preparing to open a 21,727 sq ft flagship on Olympic Way this autumn, while Fives has committed to a 34,651 sq ft facility that will look to strengthen the district’s sports and social infrastructure offer when it opens in autumn 2026. S3 Padel has renewed its lease on Wembley Park Boulevard and is enhancing its 18,083 sq ft home with a fourth court and new all weather coverage across two existing courts.
Meanwhile, Macaroni Penguin has opened a 2,012 sq ft children’s play centre, and Bon Bon Pottery Café has committed to a 1,809 sq ft space on Wembley Park Boulevard, adding to the neighbourhood’s recreational offering.
Matt Slade, retail director at Quintain, said: “Working with Brent Council to secure M&S Food is a landmark moment for Wembley Park. The signing reflects the confidence major national brands have in the area’s long-term growth and the strength of a trading environment that combines a growing residential community with millions of visitors each year.”
Councillor Matt Kelcher, cabinet member for regeneration and planning at Brent Council, added: “The arrival of M&S Food is great news for local people and another sign of Wembley Park’s transformation into a thriving neighbourhood. As more people choose to make Wembley their home, it’s important that everyday amenities grow alongside the community. A new M&S Food store will give residents greater choice and convenience on their doorstep, all while creating good local jobs and showing that Brent remains open for business.
“We’re pleased to see continued confidence from employers choosing to invest in Brent and look forward to welcoming M&S Food to Wembley Park next year.”
