Multiple new deals struck at Eagles Meadow
Savills has announced the signing of multiple new retailers at Eagles Meadow Shopping Centre in Wrexham.
The real estate advisor, on behalf of Adnayton, has secured six new leases for the 400,000 sq ft scheme.
The Fragrance Store has taken a new 1,200 sq ft lease while German-inspired kitchen manufacturer, Kutchenhaus, has agreed a new 15 year lease for a 1,040 sq ft store.
Meanwhile, bubble tea bar Yi Fang has completed terms on a 1,000 sq ft site with outdoor seating, and pop-up furniture retailer Home Store has taken a 7,500 sq ft unit.
Pandora has also recommitted to the site for another three years while local station Premier Radio has relocated to the shopping centre.
These companies join a list of retail tenants which includes M&S, Boots, Next and River Island, as well as leisure tenants such as Nando’s, Odeon Cinema, and Tenpin Bowling.
