Nando’s signs at Swansea retail park as Jollyes prepares to open
M Parc Fforestfach in Swansea has announced Nando’s as its latest signing, as pet retailer Jollyes prepares to open at the retail park.
Nando’s has signed a 15-year lease for a 3,945 sq ft space, with the restaurant chain expected to open in early 2026.
The deal is the latest in a string of lettings at M Parc Fforestfach, reflecting ongoing investment by scheme owner LCP, part of M Core, as it looks to enhance the tenant mix and visitor experience.
In addition, pet care retailer Jollyes will open its flagship store at the scheme this weekend. This marks the first of six new Jollyes openings nationwide over the next six weeks.
Adam Martin, head of LCP’s Bristol office and asset manager for M Parc Fforestfach, said: “We’re delighted to welcome both Nando’s and Jollyes to M Parc Fforestfach. These lettings reflect our strategy of attracting well-loved, high-quality brands that strengthen the appeal of the park and provide even more choice for the local community. Jollyes’ opening this weekend will be a fantastic celebration for pet lovers, and Nando’s will be another exciting addition that further enhances the retail and leisure offer at the site.”
