New leasing team appointed for Basingstoke’s Festival Place
Sovereign Centros, the asset manager for Festival Place, has appointed GCW as joint leasing agents alongside Lunson Mitchenall at the Basingstoke scheme.

Festival Place spans 1m sq ft and is home to 200 stores, a Vue cinema, and over 2,600 car parking spaces. Retailers at the scheme include M&S, Next, Apple, H&M, JD Sports, River Island, and Sports Direct, whilst its food and beverage offer includes the likes of Côte, Wagamama, Brewdog, Five Guys, Nando’s, and Pizza Hut.
