Newmark supports Accessorize and Monsoon in expansion push

Newmark has secured over 9,000 sq ft of new and expanded stores for Monsoon and Accesorize.
Accessorize’s new and expanded stores include Canada Square in London’s Canary Wharf and The Beacon in Eastbourne, which both opened in May. The jewellery retailer will soon open at Chantry Place in Norwich, and open an upsized store at the Trafford Centre in Manchester before the end of the year.
Within its travel retail portfolio, Accessorize has refitted and upsized stores in Birmingham Airport and Glasgow Airport. The retailer is also renewing and refurbishing two stores at Gatwick Airport.
Meanwhile, Monsoon opened two new locations at Gatwick Airport in February, marking its first step into travel retail.
Newmark directors Amanda Wakefield and Sharon Daley represented the retailers on the high street and travel retail expansions, respectively.
