P-THREE appointed to lease East London developments
Real estate agency and consultancy firm P-THREE has been appointed by the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) to take charge of the leasing of food and beverage anchors at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
P-THREE, who specialise in mixed-use development leasing, will lead on leasing of East Bank, a riverside development which plays host to the BBC, Sadler’s Wells, UAL’s London College of Fashion, and University College London.
P-THREE will be tasked with leasing 15,800 sq ft of restaurant space over six new locations.
The real estate firm has also been appointed to find operators for the ArcelorMittal Orbit, the country’s tallest sculpture, as well as The Podium, a 14,105 sq ft restaurant space.

P-THREE have been appointed as sole agents for The Podium and ArcelorMittal Orbit, and joint agents with CF Commercial on East Bank.
