Real estate agency and consultancy firm P-THREE has been appointed by the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) to take charge of the leasing of food and beverage anchors at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

P-THREE, who specialise in mixed-use development leasing, will lead on leasing of East Bank, a riverside development which plays host to the BBC, Sadler’s Wells, UAL’s London College of Fashion, and University College London.

P-THREE will be tasked with leasing 15,800 sq ft of restaurant space over six new locations.

The real estate firm has also been appointed to find operators for the ArcelorMittal Orbit, the country’s tallest sculpture, as well as The Podium, a 14,105 sq ft restaurant space.

Thomas Rose, co-founder of P-THREE, said: “Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is fast becoming one of the most exciting destinations in London, and East Bank is the most significant new addition to London’s cultural landscape for decades.  The East Bank restaurant units are in a prime location and are ideal for established operators seeking somewhere special to expand, or new concepts inspired by the unique setting and purpose of East Bank.”

Edward Fane, head of venues from the LLDC, added: “We are looking for partners who share our ambition and aspirations for the Park and we know that P-THREE’s knowledge, experience and market insights will help us to attract the very best mix of catering, retail and leisure operators.”

P-THREE have been appointed as sole agents for The Podium and ArcelorMittal Orbit, and joint agents with CF Commercial on East Bank.
