Pho cooks up Cribbs opening
Vietnamese street food operator Pho is set to join the food and beverage lineup at Cribbs Mall in Bristol.
The operator has signed a 15-year lease for a 3,681 sq ft unit, replacing Carluccio’s when it opens later this year.
The arrival of Pho will follow the recent openings of Picaro Lounge, Joe & The Juice, Pizza Express, Honest Burgers, and Wingstop as Cribbs looks to evolve its F&B offering.
The venue is set to become Pho’s second location in Bristol and will join operators such as Wagamama, Nando’s, and Itsu.
Offering Vietnamese street food including pho noodle soups, curry, rice bowls, and salads, Pho will benefit from the growing residential community across the Cribbs Causeway area with the Brabazon development set to deliver 6,500 homes and 2,000 student rooms.

Sovereign Centros from CBRE provide full asset management services across Cribbs on behalf of M&G Real Estate, while Time Retail Partners and Cushman & Wakefield are retained letting agents for the centre, with Green & Partners retained in the leasing advisory role.
