PPR Estates acquires Chiswick mixed-use block

PPR Estates has acquires 376-384 Chiswick High Road in London, a freehold mixed-use investment.
Extending to approximately 33,270 sq ft, the asset comprises a mix of retail, office, healthcare, leisure, and residential accommodation.
Retail tenants within the block include Ryman and Rush Hair.
