Poundland gears up for hat-trick of openings

Poundland is readying up to open three new stores on Saturday (April 8th).
A 5,100 sq ft store at Queensway Centre in Weston-super-Mare will join a number of Poundland sites which have been diversifying their offering with a selection of frozen food. It will also sell a selection of Pep clothing and home items.
The discount retailer will also be opening a new store at its hometown, Burton, commemorating the occasion with a blue plaque. The 15,000 sq ft store will be three times the size of an average Poundland shop.
Poundland will also be opening a third site at Timberley Lane in Castle Bromwich, Solihull.
