A prominent retail asset on Clapham High Street has been sold to a British multinational for a sum in excess of the £6m guide price.
168 & 180 High Street, which is let to Boots and Tapi Carpets & Floors until 2030, comprises a total area of 12,328 sq ft across ground, basement, and upper floors. The property also includes self-contained residential apartments above.
Benefitting from a catchment population of 50,852 people within a five-minute drive, the property also within close proximity to both Clapham Common and the old town.
