Noble Invest and Garness Jones are engaging Hull’s residents to contribute to the future vision of King William House, a pivotal project in Hull’s city center revitalization.

Positioned between the historic old town, and the main city center, King William House’s transformation has the potential to house a diverse array of retail, leisure, and dining establishments.

Shaun Larvin, Director of Noble Invest, emphasized the importance of community input, stating, “King William House is a vital part of Hull’s ongoing rejuvenation. To make it a thriving hub, we must listen to those who will utilize its amenities.”

Paul White, Director at Garness Jones, echoed this sentiment, envisioning the project as a catalyst for new and established businesses in the city.

The ground floor already hosts a Tesco store, while the upper levels are being transformed into apartments. The building will also house an innovative sports business initiative by The Federation of Sport, a technology driven sporting entertainment center that merges sports coaching with social interaction.
