PureGym completes double hat-trick of openings

PureGym has opened three new sites in a single day, following on from a further three openings last week.
The health club chain has opened an 11,400 sq ft unit at Riverside Retail and Leisure Park, Yate, South Gloucestershire, a 12,700 sq ft site in Gallagher Retail Park in Caerphilly, South Wales, and a smaller format 6,700 sq ft gym at Heanor Retail Park in the East Midlands.
Peter Clayton of Savills, Simon Watson-James of E J Hales, and Henry Elwess of Montagu Evans represented the respective landlords.
This follows on from three openings last week at St Ives, Rushden, and Ipswich Ravenhead.
The chain has also exchanged contracts for a 12,000 sq ft former Sports Direct site at Pentrebach Retail Park in Merthyr Tydfil.
