Redical makes trio of senior appointments

Redical has made a trio of appointments to the senior teams at its Victoria Leeds and The Liberty Romford shopping centres.
The real estate owner and operator has appointed James Edmondson as asset manager for Victoria Leeds. He joins from Savills Investment, and will focus on implementing asset management strategies with the aim of allowing the destination to perform to its full potential.
Also at Victoria Leeds, Rebecca Hiley has joined as brand relationship manager and brings over two decades of senior retail leadership experience – most recently as regional manager at Ralph Lauren. In this new role, she will be responsible for developing brand partnerships and working with occupiers to support the scheme’s growth.
Meanwhile at The Liberty Romford, Louise Boorman has been appointed as tenant liaison officer. She brings experience in customer engagement and centre operations, having previously held roles at The Ritz London and BMW’s Sytner Group. Boorman will lead the day-to-day management of retailer liaison at the centre.
Rebecca Hiley and Louise Boorman were appointed by Redical’s managing agent, Savills.
Mikko Syrjanen, co-founder of Redical, said: “These appointments are a clear reflection of our commitment to strengthening our destinations through exceptional people. James, Rebecca and Louise each bring unique and highly complementary expertise, and share our ambition to create and nurture places where brands thrive and communities connect.”
