RivingtonHark promotes senior asset manager

Town and city centre regeneration specialist RivingtonHark has promoted William Ashdown to the position of senior asset manager.
RivingtonHark said the promotion is a testament to Ashdown’s “dedication, expertise, and the outstanding results he has delivered” across its portfolio.
Ashdown has been with the firm since 2021 and previously worked in retail management at JLL.
Mark Harvey, executive director and head of asset management at RivingtonHark, said: “Our people are our strength.
