Savills appointed as letting agent for Peterborough shopping arcade
Savills has been appointed as letting agent for Westgate Arcade, located within Peterborough’s Queensgate Shopping Centre.
Westgate Arcade serves as a hub for independent and start-up businesses, and offers 27 retail units which vary in size from 230 sq ft to 1,775 sq ft on flexible lease terms.
The arcade is home to a mixture of businesses including jewellers, opticians, hairdressers, and fashion retailers.
The wider Queensgate Shopping Centre spans over 450,000 sq ft and has recently been bolstered by a £60m leisure extension featuring a 10-screen Empire cinema, a Puttstars mini golf experience, and five new restaurants.
The shopping centre is set to welcome regional flagships for stores such as Flannels, Frasers, and Sports Direct this year.
