Savills Central London Restaurants & Leisure team has completed the sale of 5 Trebeck Street in Mayfair to property firm Motcomb Estates on behalf of a private vendor.
The Grade II-listed property spans 4,766 sq ft over five floors, and benefits from an outdoors terrace. It is located in the Mayfair precinct of Shepherd Market, opposite 5 Hertford Street Club.
The property was originally a pub before extending into the adjacent townhouse and becoming Le Boudin Blanc restaurant for 30 years.
Savills leased the property to Noble Rot Restaurant & Wine Bar in December 2022, before completing the sale to Motcomb a year later.
