Savills has grown its national retail property management team with four new appointments.

Katie Kelly has joined the firm’s Manchester office as an associate director, strengthening the firm’s regional management capabilities in northern England. She brings over 15 years’ experience in shopping centre management, including roles at Liverpool ONE and Derbion in Derby.

Meanwhile, Lana Hill will be based at Savills Margaret Street headquarters as an associate director. She joins from Lambert Smith Hampton, where she spent over nine years. Hill will focus on supporting the operational and strategic management of the firm’s expanding shopping centre portfolio.

Also joining Savills is Philippa Spyvee, who joins as an associate director from Workman LLP after more than six years. In her new role, she will focus on the company’s shopping centre portfolio as well as outlet shopping destinations.

Finally, Hannah McInnes has been appointed as an associate. She joins the Savills Glasgow property management team, bringing property and asset management experience across the retail and leisure sectors, having begun her career on the client side before moving into consultancy roles.

Richard Hulme, head of UK retail and leisure, property management at Savills, said: “An increase in new management instructions across our retail and leisure portfolio has created the need for additional specialist expertise, and these appointments reflect that momentum. Strengthening our national team ensures we can continue to deliver market leading service, underpinned by hands on management and robust data and analytics. Lana, Philippa, Hannah and Katie bring valuable experience across the different regions in which we operate, supporting our clients and driving long term value.”
