Savills IM offloads Kent Waitrose

Savills Investment Management (IM) has disposed of a Waitrose food store in Kings Hill near Maidstone, Kent, to a private overseas investor.
The 9,058 sq ft purpose-built store was held for nine years with its lease regeared and extended prior to the sale.
The asset is let to Waitrose at c.£19.87 per sq ft until August 2038.
