Osprey Charging Network are seeking freehold and leasehold sites located on arterial and trunk roads, in retail parks and town/city centres. This is a fully-funded opportunity for landlords and developers to have installed cutting-edge ultra-rapid EV charging technology at no cost.
Requirements
Leasehold sites
- 8+ car parking spaces on long term leases at market leading rental income.
- No upfront or ongoing costs to landlords – all capex and opex funded by Osprey.
- Osprey undertakes and funds all charger operation and maintenance.
Development partnerships
- We work with developers to deliver EV charging for roadside and retail schemes, fully or part funding site substations.
Freehold Sites
- Greenfield or brownfield sites considered as well as existing sites that can be demolished or converted to a complimentary use.
- On main arterial routes.
- Co-location opportunities with Drive-Thrus and discount food operators.
- Sites from 0.2 acres with an opportunity to develop a complimentary use adjacent.
- De Minimums planning requirement – Sui Generis planning consent or Permitted Development.
