The Sloane Stanley Estate has announced that it will bring a number of arts and F&B pop-ups totalling nearly 10,000 sq ft to Chelsea’s King’s Road between now and January 2026.

This includes jewellery brand Bijoux de Mimi, which will open a dedicated pop-up at 324–326 King’s Road throughout December. This marks the brand’s return to the King’s Road for the third time, following spaces which opened in May 2025 and July last year.

At 340 King’s Road, a series of rotating art exhibitions will showcase a variety of the UK’s artist groups and galleries, including Chelsea Art Society, open now till the 30th November, Lucinda Dalton Gallery, opening on 2nd December to 25th December, and Linda Blackstone Gallery, opening on 17th December until 5th January.

Pasta delivery brand Nonna Tonda was previously operating at 340 King’s Road until the 20th of November, serving a selection of authentic pasta dishes.

Prior to Bijoux di Mimi opening next month, Urban Ranch had opened its pop-up at 324-326 King’s Road, offering handcrafted Kenyan products created by local artisans. Hommage Art will also be opening in the same unit from now until 10th December, marking its final pop-up before moving into a permanent space next year.

Hannah Grievson, property director at Sloane Stanley, said: “These festive pop-ups are a great example of how our flexible leasing approach continues to attract exciting and seasonal brands to the estate. Welcoming Bijoux di Mimi back to the King’s Road highlights how well debut pop-up concepts perform here, and alongside our new art pop-ups, this demonstrates our ongoing commitment to supporting creative, independent, and innovative brands across the King’s Road and Fulham Road.”

This line-up of retail, art, and dining pop-ups will join established brands on the estate, including Penelope Chilvers, new interiors store Ed Butcher, Aspiga, and Pink City Prints. They will also complement a growing number of F&B operators on the estate, including incoming operators The Chelsea Grill and Beef & Bass.
