Sovereign Centros appoints development manager

Real estate asset managers Sovereign Centros has announce the appointment of Joseph Daver as development manager.

Having studied Real Estate at the the University of Reading and qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2019, Daver has previously worked at LCR Property in the development and asset management teams, primarily working with public sector bodies in the transport industry.

He will be working across a variety of the company’s development and refurbishment projects.

Sovereign Centros specialises in retail with more than 12 million sq ft of major shopping centres and retail parks under its management. It also says it has a pipeline of approximately five million sq ft of development and refurbishment projects underway.
