Space NK lines up Harlequin Watford opening

Space NK is set to open a new store at Harlequin Watford (formerly Atria Watford) early next year.
The beauty retailer has signed a 10-year lease for a 3,432 sq ft store, which will feature Space NK’s latest design concept.
The store will offer a range of makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance products from a number of global brands, such as Drunk Elephant, Rare Beauty, Olaplex and Charlotte Tilbury.
Space NK joins a line-up of beauty and wellness brands at Harlequin Watford which includes the likes of Boots, Lush, MAC, Superdrug, Rituals, and The Fragrance Shop.
Rob Jewell, managing director of asset management at Pradera Lateral, said: “Space NK’s arrival is a fantastic addition to Harlequin Watford. The retailer’s reputation for excellence and innovation perfectly aligns with our ambition to make the centre a one-stop shop for premium retail and beauty, and we are confident it will be well received by our guests. This new partnership reinforces our commitment to delivering a diverse and aspirational brand mix that continues to elevate Harlequin as a leading retail destination.”
The leasing agents for this deal were LM Real Estate, alongside joint agents Time Retail Partners.
