Sticks’n’Sushi set for Shoreditch launch
Sticks’n’Sushi will launch its 11th UK site and its first this year with the opening of a restaurant in Shoreditch High Street.
The Danish-owned Japanese restaurant chain will open its latest site next to hotel One Hundred Shoreditch and will cater to 200 people.
Founded in Copenhagen in 1994, the chain now operates 25 restaurants across Denmark, the UK, and Germany.
Having launched its first UK site in Wimbledon in 2012, Sticks’n’Sushi now operates eight restaurants in London, and is believed to be negotiating to open at a further site in Kingston’s Bentall Centre.
Andreas Karlsson, chief executive at Sticks ‘n’ Sushi, said: “The area is brimming with bars, restaurants, and atmosphere – and I believe we will become a great addition to the local community.”
