Superdrug doubles presence at Bluewater
Superdrug has opened a newly-upsized store at Bluewater, doubling its presence at the Kent scheme.
The 8,288 sq ft store forms part of the cosmetics retailer’s continued plan to expand its bricks-and-mortar retail footprint, with 25 new stores set to open this year.
The store – which was opened by Love Island star Sophie Piper – offers a range of health and beauty products, toiletries, and fragrances.
It also features a beauty studio area where shoppers can access treatments such as threading, waxing, and manicuring services.
James Waugh, centre director at Bluewater, said: “We’re always excited to welcome new brands to the centre as well as seeing our established ones investing in their stores.
“Superdrug’s expansion to double its footprint at Bluewater is a brilliant story, and we’re sure our guests are going to love exploring the new store and its enhanced offering.”
Nigel Duxbury, property director at Superdrug, added: “We are delighted to be opening in a new location in Bluewater Shopping Centre. We are confident that local customers will love and welcome the new store, as it offers a wide range of popular health and beauty brands, a luxury fragrance counter as well as our professional Beauty Studio.”
