We cannot wait to open our doors and welcome all our customers this spring.”

The Boulevard is owned by Lotus Property, supported by joint agents Johnstone Property Consultants and KLM Real Estate.

“Signalling a resounding confidence in the scheme, TFG London is set to join The Boulevard in our most successful phase ever. We just recorded our best year on record in 2025 and have no plans to slow down in 2026 or beyond. We are delighted to welcome TFG London into The Boulevard family and have no doubt their new store will be a resounding success.”

Mark Johnstone, director at Johnstone Property Consultants, added: “This UK-first store reflects the strategy we have been working on with The Boulevard to continue to cement its place as one of Ireland’s leading retail destinations.
