TGI Fridays recommits to Glasgow city centre

The new owners of TGI Fridays have signed a deal which sees the restaurant and bar operator recommit to its site in Glasgow city centre.
The operator has signed a new 15-year lease for the restaurant at Tontine House, 113 Buchanan Street, where it has traded since 1993.
The landlord Royal London Asset Management was advised by Savills, who have also recently negotiated a lease extension with The Royal Bank of Scotland at its flagship branch on the nearby Gordon Street.
TGI Fridays was acquired in late 2024 by Breal Capital and Calveton UK after its former owner Hostmore collapsed into administration.
Following the acquisition, 35 TGI Fridays restaurants were closed with immediate effect.
