The Cut & Craft has completed the £1.5m expansion of its restaurant at Redical’s Victoria Leeds shopping centre.

The British premium steak restaurant’s new space, located in Victoria Quarter, spans 12,375 sq ft and includes the addition of private dining rooms on the first floor, a new bar area, alongside a stage on the ground floor for late-night entertainment and live music.

This new investment allows for an extended menu and takes the overall number of covers at the restaurant to 370. The Cut & Craft’s Leeds restaurant becomes its first to undergo an investment of this scale, following its initial success at the destination.

James Edmondson, asset manager at Redical, said: “The Cut & Craft wholeheartedly demonstrates the standard and quality we work to cultivate, and this significant reinvestment from the brand into Victoria Leeds demonstrates our continued commitment to supporting and nurturing independent businesses in the city.

“The brand’s significant expansion at the destination and comes as a direct result of its continued success within Victoria Quarter’s mixed-use space. It will not only enable them to serve a greater number of guests, but also reflects the level of confidence our hospitality tenants have in us as they seek ways to capitalise on the growing success of the destination.”

The Cut & Craft’s expansion is the latest in a series of tenant and landlord reinvestment into Victoria Leeds, totalling more than £2.5m so far in 2026.
